New Zealand Standard: $10.00 NZD - tracked express delivery. Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days from dispatch.

Free delivery on all NZ orders over $250.00 NZD.

Australia Flat rate: $20.00 AUD - tracked express delivery. Estimated delivery: 2–6 business days from dispatch.

International (rest of the world) Flat rate: $70.00 NZD - tracked express delivery. Estimated delivery: 5–6 business days from dispatch.

 

Duties & Taxes

For international orders, duties and taxes may be assessed by the destination country upon arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Lennox St. has no control over customs processing times or duty rates, which vary by country.

 

A note on timeframes

All estimates run from dispatch, not from the date of purchase. While we use express delivery as standard, timeframes are approximate and occasional carrier delays can occur outside our control.

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

 

Lost or missing parcels

If your parcel goes missing in transit, email us at hello@lennoxstlabel.com

We'll lodge an investigation with the carrier straight away. If the investigation confirms the parcel was lost, we'll replace the item or issue a full refund. If tracking confirms successful delivery to your address, we're unable to take responsibility for the order beyond that point.
